The Lyžařská bouda is situated near the former Liščí bouda, that used to be one of the most outstanding mountain huts in The Giant Mountains. The history of the Lyžařská bouda goes back to 1717, when it was originally a summer hut. In 1930 it was rebuilt for a whole-year business and got a name Skiemeisterbaude.

THE GIANT MOUNTAINS are our highest mountains with unbelievably varied nature – you can find here glacial cirques, mountain meadows, beautiful valleys with traditional log buildings as well as rocky ridges, waterfalls and bog pools. Perhaps a waterfall Paradise? Yes – you can find lots of them. In summer you can enjoy hiking or cycling. In winter downhill skiers and crosscountry runners and those who like their adrenaline level high can find slopes and trails of all levels.

Rooms
Lyžařská bouda offers accommodation for 70 people. We offer triple-rooms, four and five – bed rooms. All the rooms have a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
Free wi-fi is available within the whole premises.
Giant Mountains belong to the most visited winter destinations in the Czech Republic. There are more than 500 km of special trails both for downhill skiers and cross-country runners. The ski resorts also think of your children and prepared sledging trails and special ski schools for them, while you can relax with a cup of delicious coffee just on the slopes. Summer activities
In summer the Giant Mountains are popular mainly for hiking and cycling. You can look forward to trying 200km of cycling trails. Special buses for cyclists will take you throught the whole mountains. Pec pod Sněžkou will satisfy the bobsleigh, monkey park, slides and trampoline lovers as well as fans of other activities that the Relax Park offers. Cableway to Sněžka will take you to the Czech highest mountain. Outstanding gastronomy and cultural events will take your experiences to perfection.
